LCD with auto rotation?

[AMD T-type]

I need to get a big LCD that has height and pivot (rotation) adjustments for someone, preferably something 22" - 24" and of decent quality.
But it MUST have the capability to automatically rotate the screen with the monitor is rotated

Suggestions?
