LCD TV through HDMI cable issue, help?

I cannot seem to figure this issue out on my own, and I've tried googling it to no avail so I'm reaching out to you all with high hopes.

I've hooked my 47" Vizio SV470M LCD TV up to my computer via HDMI through my main video card to play games/movies/etc on sometimes. The display is coming up with black lines all the way around it like its not showing it full screen. I've tried different resolutions on my display settings. My TV is also showing other inputs full screen. What would make it show these black borders all the way around?

I'm also running the latest drivers on my video card.

Looks for an over/under scan option somewhere in your video card's driver settings and play with it for a bit.
 
You da man. I found it in CCC and I had to move it it all the way to the right (max overscan). It's now full screen, thank you. :D
