Hey folks!
I've recently bought a Benq LCD 19' FP91G+. I installed it through dvi connection of my Geforce 6500 TC. I use it under GNU/Linux (Ubuntu Distro) and WinXP at a 1280x1024 resolution. I noticed that when full screen white and blue colors get displayed some movements/waves in the image get noticed. I dont know how to explain this phenomenon because it never happened with any CRT monitor.
I tried changing the refresh rate from 60 to 75 with some improvement in the images quality (but still noticeable). According to the monitor manual, 75Hz is the maximal rate allowed. If I change the resolution to 1024x768@70 the problem isnt noticeable. Is this common with LCD monitors or should I go to RMA?
Thanks a lot for the help!
P.S.: Excuse me for my English!
