LCD Screen: Link request

Hello,

A few weeks back I saw a link on here to a 5-inch LCD screen that came with a vga adapter and a molex adapter already worked into the screen controller card. It was such a clean pre-fabbed package... It already was modded to work with a pc's 12v and VGA input.
It was sooo perfect.

That day, I thought that I saved the link or bookmarked it or printed it out but it's looking like I did neither of those and I've lost the only chance I had at getting an LCD screen in my rig without headaches. Just goes to show that when you find a diamond, GRAB IT!!!

If anyone knows of the link please let me know. Father's day is coming up and I had planned on asking for that LCD screen for father's day.
