I'm looking at getting an LCD monitor that would be good for gaming, I just wanted to clarify something, is it better to have a lower response on an LCD for gaming versus a higher one? For example, I am looking at two 17" models right now, one has a 16ms response time and the other has an 8ms response time. Both have DVI and that is what I plan on using. What other specs should I look for? I am currently running a 19" CRT, I am looking for something with a little more crisp display.

If you mention how much you want to spend and what your upper limit is, you'll prolly get a bunch of suggestions.
