Got a Viewsonic VG150 sitting in the closet. It started out getting a little dim and then one day just didn't light up at all. Forgot about it until today. Can this be fixed with a bulb (ain't too swift with LCDs), or is it even worth worring about. My current is a Samsung 172t and I love it. Just wondering about the old one.

odds are it could be fixed. i would sell it on ebay, you could maybe get $100 for it.

If so, I would like to keep it in the closet in case my Samsung has problems. Right now I've got an AST 15" crt used as backup and wouldn't mind getting rid of it.
