Hello,
I recently discovered that of all things my current LCD (Samsung 204B) is framey, and displays stuttering images, making watching any kind of steady motion a wrenching experience. Anyhow, I have a max of around $260 to spend on a new monitor. I would like either 1600x1200 or 1680x1050 (no lower), and obviously specifically avoid my current monitor's problem, as well as input lag (on which seems to be a little bit more difficult to lock figures down). Matte screen finish would be great, glossy seems to annoy me. I was looking at an LG L226WTQ-BF, but I was unable to find out if it had a glossy finish, and read that it's "overdrive" feature causes artifcating (post by TempletonPeck here). Is this actually a nice monitor? are there other options I should be considering?
Thanks
