LCD questions..

need info on the two i was looking at, just wondering if an LCD t.v. is as good as an LCD monitor for computer needs, like games and dvd. thanks :)

my computer specs are.. shuttle SB75G2 v2, P4 3.0c, 1gig corsair xms ram, 80gig WD sata hard drive, ati radeon 9800 pro.

2001FP = 1600x1200 res, 16ms = good for games, desktop, SDTV, DVD; bad for HDTV

W2300 = 1280x768 res, 25ms = good for SDTV, DVD, HDTV @ 480P, 720P (no 1080i), bad for games, bad as a desktop

If you want a TV, get the W2300; if you want to game, get the 2001FP. Neither of these monitors gets you both IMO. If I had to choose from one of the two (i.e. gun to my head), I'd get the 2001FP. The W2300 is old tech, outdated. The HP L2335 crushes it when compared (yes, I know I'm biased). :p
