Ok, so here's the problem. I was watching some fast moving scenes in a movie (think gun shot flashes), and the screen seems to have a pronounced stagger. Using the gun shot example, say the top half would have the gun shot flash, while the bottom half has the old frame, split in something like the picture.

What exactly is having a problem here? LCD? Video Card? Cable?
 
Me being stupid. Adding this for the public record.
It seems to go away after I disabling output for d-sub and making sure dvi was the primary output instead of the duplicate.
I played the scene where jumpiness occured, did this, and couldn't find the same effect.
