LCD: Prioritize response or DVI?

So I'm shopping around for a ~19" LCD that'll be used for all sorts of stuff (coding through gaming). Poking around NewEgg under those constraints, I'm noticing that LCDs with 16ms response times (like this Acer AL1912m) lack DVI while the DVI LCDs (like this Spectre X9s) are all 25ms response times.

Any opinions on what to prioritize? Or am I missing some obvious all-inclusive LCDs? For example, there's also a Samsung 193P that's 20ms / DVI, but that's a $250 kick in the pants.

You won't find a decent 19" for around $500 new that has both. Paradise for a price, my buddy.

Did you read the question?
Prioritize response or DVI
I'm well aware that I can't pull off both in that price range, so I'm looking for input on which people find preferable.

BillR: Thanks, but I'm not gonna try to squeeze into a one-day sale yet.

DVI without question. Response time is a stupid spec because everyone takes it in a different way. Plus, even tho you might find the same panel in two monitors the driver circuits will make a huge difference.

Luck
