I just got a new 19 inch HP Pavilion f1903 monitor today. And the monitor has a Power Saver option that you can turn on or off in the menu. I've read that with it on, the usage is like 4w, and with it off, its 40w. My question is, when turning it on and off, I see no visible difference... so why even have an option of turning it on or off? I was wondering if you get better image quality or something with it off... just curious. lol, and the monitor came with practically no documentation of features.
