LCD monitors

For gaming I was wondering what would be the slowest response thats acceptable for games such as WoW and random FPS? Also, whats the best brand if I were to buy from Best Buy or CompUsa? Any other random tidbits of info that you could give would also be helpful as well.

Would a monitor like this http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage...t&productCategoryId=cat01011&id=1134698030120 be good? Or are there better out there?

16ms is the limit of my tolerance for FPS games but a lot of people claim it's too slow. It depends on your personal preference.
