LCD "Flickering"

[Ogre67]

So my I have 2 monitors going... 2007 WFP and 2001 FP... This only happens when I run 100% CPU. Its like the refresh on them flickers... its not just imagined its definately noticeable, very pronounced.

AMD X2 3800
7800 GT
2 gigs of ram

Any ideas? Tweaks? Driver Suggestions?
It doesnt quite give me a headache but doesnt quite feel right when using the computer.
