LCD buying help

Ive been reading a lot of posts about LCDs and still having problems choosing one. I saw a lot of people with the Dell 24 incher or BenQ 24incher. Both seem like great LCDs.

For me, I would be using the LCD for computer use only. Not going to be hooking up any systems or anything of the sort (Got my sammy 5087w for that).

With that said, overall, whats some great options for a 24-30 inch computer monitor LCD that would be used for general computing, plus gaming? price range around 400-800.
