LCD Broke, found problem, can this be fixed?

So my uncle has an LCD that is already out of manufacturer warranty so i decided to open her up and take a look.

I found the problem but i dont know where the hell i would take it to get fixed.

I dont know if this is a part at radio shack either i might be able to replace.

suggestions?

Call/email the manufactor of the LCD, and ask them if they can direct to to where you might be able to find the part. Some are nice, if you ask them nicely...
