What causes these? The display/tv looks great with bright, vibrant colors but when you get to medium shades of colors and greys, there's a bunch of vertical "shadows" in different areas of the screen. If this the light diffuser/spreader/whatever not laying completely flat against the panel? Slight wrinkles/lifting off of the panel? Picked up a 40" television cheap because of this "problem" and just curious if there's an easy diy fix or will dust in the environment end up making the image worse with specks?
