Just purchased the following computer:
e6700 Intel conroe
2gb corsair DDR2 800 memory
x1900xtx
75gb 10,000rpm raptor,
2x 350gb drives

got this awesome rig but I am looking for a sleek and awesome LCD screen preferably in a £400 ($550) price range. I want something that will preferably match my PC, while delivering high resolutions and low ms delay times.

Got the card to run the native resolutions well, I am a gamer so I am looking for a high performance monitor, just wondered if you guys know any upcoming or released monitors on the market.

Cheers

The NEC 20WGX2 is just a little out of your pricerange but I got my Acer Ferrari F-20 for under $400usd shipped and I love it. It's gloss black with a red stand so it would go great with your black case. review here

I like a good brand but i bet your paying a hell of a lot for the brand rather than the quality of the component ;) looks beautiful though.

Another thing i was goiing to ask, is there any noticable monitor blur on 8ms displays? my old LCD was 25ms and that was awful. Thats my biggest concern

I don't know how the prices translate to the UK, but at Newegg the 20-inch monitor prices are staggeringly low.

ViewSonic VG2021m for $250 - $10 rebate (1400 x 1050, 20")
SAMSUNG 205BW Black $320 - $30 rebate (1680 x 1050, 20")
ViewSonic VX2025WM Black $330 (1680 x 1050, 20")

Definately the Dell 2007 for your price range.....if you can spare a a few bucks more for teh 24" 2407.....DO IT !!!!........I have the 24" and let me tell you its frigin awesome and your new system could run good high resolutions that the 24" needs!

If you cant afford the 24" (wich if you can wait save up for it) without a doubt get the 20.1" 2007 Dell....you wont be dissapointed!

In my case I didn't feel like I was paying extra for the Ferrari badge...sure I could have bought a comparable Viewsonic VX2025WM for about $50 less but I like the glossy black/red paintjob and the screen coating on the Acer F-20 better so I feel it was worth it. Total cost to me was $389usd shipped to my door...of course this is the North American model without the tv tuner/remote.
