What was the latest Windows 7Release Candidate version and would anyone be kind of enough to post a link to a torrent?

I am currently using 7100 but need to reformat and want to use the latest version.

There is only one release candidate. It is not legal for you to have any other version of Windows 7 aside from the RC or the beta (build 7000) unless you are a technet plus or msdn member.
