On the latest drivers, when you enable the extra options with coolbits, there is an option called Negative LOD Bias. I would like to know exactly what that does, because right now i have it set to Clamp and was wondering whether turning it on would increase performance in some games or all of them.
 
I could be wrong, but I believe this option counteracts the "shimmering" effect some people experience in games on distant textures. I'm not sure if it has any effect on performance.
 
levae it on clamp so it get rids of the shimmering problem.. and i don't think hacing it clamp or not decrease or increase performance..
