Largest PSU in a Wave Master case?

Does anyone have an idea as to what the largest PSU that will fit (comfortably) into a CoolerMaster 'Wave Master' would be?

I'd love to build a new machine inside of one of these cases, but am just not sure if 520+ watt PSU might be too big to fit. Or, more importantly if it fits, would airflow be compromised?

Does anyone know of a good aluminum case that will accommodate one of these large power plants? The ThermalTake 'Tsunami', for instance? You see the look I'm going for. :cool:

All ATX PSUs are the same size, so wattage isn't a factor in determining if the PSU will fit

Thanks for the info! Then, why would the folks at CoolerMaster tell me (I called them for the heck of it) that the max. PSU that could "fit" into their Wave Master is 450W? Is it because that it just so happens that they make/sell a 450W PSU? That's what I'm thinking. I was told that the maximum power that it could handle was 450W which makes NO sense at all.

some are longer than others (second fan mounted on front of psu instead of bottom)

ya my new OCZ 420 is bigger then my antec true 430, and it just fits in my preastorian(same inards as the wave master afaik)
 
My brother has an Antec TruePower 550 watt unit in his Wavemaster. Clearly, it's not a matter of wattage but a matter of whether or not objects protrude outside of the normal dimensions of an ATX supply. I'm talking about fans, fan grills, heatsinks, etc.

They actually told you that.....no freakin way.....

BTW you're right, I just checked their website, yep, the biggest psu THEY sell is 450 watts.

I have the best normal consumer psu on earth in my coolermaster ATC-101b right now (which has the same size psu compartment as the wavemaster despite the case being larger), a pc power and cooling 510 deluxe. Trust me, all ATX psu;s besides some of the weird ones with external fans will fit.
 
And amazingly, not a single one of the PSUs anyone recommends around here have the ghetto fan on the outside or anything weird like that. I guess the only one would be the antec neo, because the flexibility of the wires and the extra connectors might add enough length to be an issues. That's just me guessing, however
