At work, we use Gene6 FTP and Filezilla for secure FTP transfers both to and from clients.

Well, the transfers as of late have grown into the 10+GB range, and the clients don't like starting from scratch when the transfer fails. Is there a better way, like something that supports restarting file transfers, yet is secure and easy to use?

DeltaCopy: http://www.aboutmyip.com/AboutMyXApp/DeltaCopy.jsp

It's a windows GUI wrapper around rsync, though the GUI seems to be rather ugly and maybe unintuitive.

rsync itself is generally installed on windows via Cygwin (which I don't think your clients want to be mucking with).

Also, doesn't Filezilla support file resume? You will have to configure the server to support file resume before the clients can use this feature.
