We have an employee here that's been asking me about his new Dell laptop that we provided him. The wireless works here on our wireless network, but once he gets home, it doesn't. This guys an above average computer user, he knows that his laptop is getting an IP via his DHCP linksys router, but beyond that he gets nothing.
He said he configuerd the wireless the same as his other computers, which all work on the wireless.
Is there anything I'm missing here, any reason why a D600 laptop wouldn't like a linksys network? His previous Micron laptop worked fine at home.
