I have a couple people wanting me to set up their laptops to connect
(wireless) at different locations. And they are not candidates to be
changing their IP addresses everytime. I tried setting up hardware profiles,
which would have been good cuz you can specify which network to connect to
as well. Only problem is... the configurations don't stick! Even though they
say hardare profiles are for devices and configuration settings.. not so...
nothing would stay when I did it, unless I did something wrong. So I found
this program http://zqware.com/products.htm#1
IP shifter, and I downloaded a trial. It looks like it will do what I need,
as long as I put all the networks in the "networks avail" area. But it's
only a 14 day trial and then they want 20$ and I want to put this on several
computers.

thank you very much
