That is a screen from a laptop. How would I convert that to RCA? Is it complicated?

It's difficult and expensive. Lot's of people ask how to convert laptop lcd into usable displays because they usually sell cheap. I could go into a whole thing. You usually had to find parts to do it but now they sell kits from like $70 to $100. just google it.
