Laptop recommendation / Dell Latitude E6330

I'm looking for recommendations for a business laptop with a price range between $400-800, capable of running multiple MS office programs smoothly\standard internet usage\light online video watching. There will be no photo-editing or gaming, nothing particularly intensive. Light weight isn't critical, but it would be nice, of course. Additionally, refurbished laptops would be a fine option.

I've heard good things about the dell outlet, and the one that caught my eye was the Latitude E6330 for $589 (see specs below). How do you feel about this one, and can you recommend something better?
