Laptop Mouse Continuously Right Clicking

For some odd reason my Dell Inspirons mouse keeps right clicking wherever I move it to. Even when I'm not moving it it right clicks and bring up that menu. I can't find any option in the mouse section of the control panel to turn this off and it's hard to watch movies witht his right clicking all the time.

Any ideas

Kill it? What would that solve? Besides it's good for dvd's in school and surfing.

No it's a touchpad, my bad. Even when I plug a mouse in this happens...
