Laptop Memory Upgrade question Y560 ideapad?

Currently having 4 GB(2x 2GB)
Tried upgrading to 16 GB(2x8GB) did not work.
Got to know that my model can max supports 8 GB :mad:

Now the question is should I go for 1066 or 1333 speed.

Since you're replacing both sticks & for the same price, you might as well get the faster ones :).......thats what I did on BF with my new HP lappy and have not had ANY problems whatsoever....
 
I bought the 1333 speed one but i think it will still run as 1066 speed.
