Laptop Graphics cards question

I was given a Toshiba Satellite 1905 S301 (I believe) a while back, was in bad shape, I fixed it up, put XP on it, and added a gig of ram.
The graphics card is 16mb, and not good at all, and I know almost nothing about laptops. Is there a place I can find or buy laptop video cards? Are their ones that can go on the side of the laptop, I've seen sound cards like this, not sure if they're video cards like it as well.
I checked out a few places, googled around, couldnt find anything specific I was looking for.
Thanks

Most likely, no.

There have been some attempts at getting laptops to use upgradeable video cards, but it hasn't caught on yet.

most definatly not in something that old. Youre SOL man :(

The MR7000 with 16mb isnt that bad... you just wont be gaming on it... I have an MR7500 w/ 32MB in my laptop, its just fine.

Laptop gaming is a big let down, I had a lappy with 128mb of vram and it couldnt run css, I got rid of that thing, Someone should really make a mobo and partner with ati for upgradeable stuff that would be really nice

Yeah no kidding, I searched through alot of online sites and shops, no luck. I cant run any games on it, but with the 1 gig of ram I put on it, it's become a handy tool I can carry around.
I had figured as much, just need to confirm it but you cant complain over a free laptop ;) , thanks everyone.

Actually laptop gaming isn't that bad. I'm on a quad sli system with a 24" dell monitor, so I know a thing or two about gaming performance. I bought an Asus z71v with a 6600 Go videocard with dedicated 128MB video card memory on it with an overclocked centrino cpu and a 7200 RPM hard drive for around $1100. Its a whitebox notebook so you get to choose your parts. I've ran Splinter cell 3 with high settings, CS:S with an average of 60 fps, BF2, and tomb raider at decent settings and they all look phenominal. If you're looking for a good laptop that provides performance as well as mobility, I guarantee you'll love the asus z71v.
