i posted here a couple days ago about this problem but still havent resolved it... my pavilion ze1000 laptop crashes about a minute after it boots and it is out of warranty. hp support is obviously no help. there is one small fan on the underside of the notebook in the upper right corner, which im guessing is the cpu fan. either way, it's not running so im thinking that it's overheating. ive tried motherboard monitor and it isnt compatible with this series of pavilion, and the bios for the notebook doesnt displays temps. if nobody knows of a program that might be able to show the temps for this laptop ill probably end up just opening it up and geeking around to try and get it to run but i thought i would try here first.
