Laptop cooling

Looking to get one of those cooling pads for my laptop. Running too hot for my tastes, especially during long gaming or movie sessions. Any recommendations? Does it particularly matter? Looking at Antec or Vantec on Amazon since I have had good experience with other stuff by them.
 
undervolt the dothan... got mine running at 0.956v full load and full speed... fan barely runs at all full load now... batt life increased a good ammount too

i got the Z71V btw
