At the beginning of the summer, I am highly considering selling this system save the video card, and building a SFF LAN party box. AMD and obviously s754 since no 939 mATX boards with an AGP slot exist Here is what I have so far

Case - http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=11-144-109&depa=1

PSU - undecided; I'm not sure what size fits in that case. I think it is ATX though. If it is ATX, then probably a Superflower 550w modular, or a Seasonic 430w. No idea what I'm gonna use if it is mATX though.

Mobo - http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-130-459&depa=1

CPU - http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=19-103-464&depa=1

RAM - (2x) http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=20-141-116&depa=1.

Hard drive - Going to look for a 36GB Raptor from here for around $80. I don't need that much space

Optical - http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproductdesc.asp?description=27-152-035&DEPA=1

Floppy - does it matter?

Anybody see any possible conflicts, or ways to save money a bit? I'm looking for a slight performance boost over this one (dropping down the processor would be the first thing if I ran short on cash though). Only things I really need is an AGP slot, 2GB of RAM, and that it's not a shuttle (don't ask). Anybody have any other suggestions?

Hrm, beyond price hunting for the best prices, the only other thing I can think of is the need for the DVD-RW. If this is strictly a LAN party box, I don't know how often I'd use the DVD function of the drive other than installing games on DVD, and if I did I could map it easily enough to another computers drive. At that price though, you're really not losing out too much. Being that it is mATX, you're not going to be using as much power (since you can't attach as many devices) so you'd probably be safe with any PSU over 350W. Other than that, it's hard to save much money without going outside your specs.
