Im not sure where or what to troubleshoot with this video problem we have at work.
I want to assume its more of an application problem than it is hardware related....

We have a PC that has an nvidia nvs 420 and cable tv going to a USB dongle (I think wintv or something). We use 2 projectors through DVI, and then a regular 19" monitor.
We put a mapping application on 1 projector, and then on the other projector TV tuner app and a weather map through IE. Misc apps on the monitor. When moving the map applications between screens they seem to blank out and then start working. And then throughout the day it starts to build this sluggish effect on the maps.

Would this be something related to processing/memory on the PC? or would this be more likely an issue with the applications?

Any help and advice greatly appreciated.

NVS420, Xeon 3500, 4GB, winxp
