hey is there anyway i could hook my LCD monitor, L90D+ up to my PS2 or Xbox to play games on and make the qaulity look decent?
 
You want X2VGA.


Or a TV Tuner (not as great image quality though, unless you get a nice one of course).

But I think X2VGA is the way to go.
