L shaped PCI-E power cable

Has anyone ever seen a PCI-E power cable that is L shaped? As in it is perpendicular to how the connector is located. I have an HTPC and nowadays a lot of cards have the power connector at the top of the card adding a good amount of height. Been looking around but thought I'd throw it out here in case someone has bought one before and know a more educated name to call it.
 
This may not answer your question, but cards have the connector either on top or the end. Have to check with the individual cards. But I haven't seen a 90 deg PCIe plug.
