First time post/question here. Difficult question to search for therefore I came up empty on my search attempts.

Does anyone know if they make a KVM switch box that would allow a dual monitor set up between two pc's? Here's the catch though. One monitor is DVI I/O the other is analogue/VGA I/O.

BTW - open to suggestions if there would be a better area to post this question.

This is actually pretty easy, but not cheap. Buy a DVI KVM and put a DVI splitter or Y cable after the KVM. Add a DVI to VGA adapter on one end of the Y connecter and you are there.

I have herd that DVI KVMs are not cheap, but the Y connecter and adapter should be reasonable.

Best of luck

Need a bit of clarification
Do you want to have both PCs to do dual monitor or do you want to have each PC on a each monitor?
