KVM For Apple Cinema Display?

I'm looking for a way to switch a Apple Display with a G4 and a PC.

Would a standard DVI KVM allow the connection? I think there are AppleADC to DVI Cables. Would that allow it to work? If so what kindof price range are current DVI Kvm's at. I'm about to get out so cant do a thorough check on newegg

Any help is appreciated
 
don't know about the compatibility stuff, i'm sure the adapter would work but i'm not sure how it would affect the signal, but i got a Linkskey 2 node DVI KVM from newegg for about $129 i believe. i think the higher end brands are in the $160+ range. the linkskey is decent though, comes with all the cables, some intermittent ghost-clicks here and there but it's stable.
 
If you have an ADC display then you need the apple adc to dvi adapter. It powers the screen and gives you a dvi and a usb port to hook it to a machine with. They retail for about 100 bucks. What size screen do you have. Most DVI KVM's don't support more then 1600x1200 and the 23inch is 1920x1200.
 
not my screen, its a friends, i'll know more sunday. It isnt that big
one of the older style cinema displays
