Kuhler 620 pump noise

Just installed a new Kuhler 620 system. I like it but the pump is obnoxious. Sounds like these:

I've turned off auto fan control in the BIOS, I've tapped it, shook it, flipped the radiator, ran the system on it's side for a while... nothing seems to be getting the air out of the pump if that's really what it is.

Does anybody have any suggestions before I try to RMA it?

Now I'm running 4 instance of CPUBURN to try and get it hot enough to maybe expand the liquid and circulate more.

Nevermind... jesus, now it sounds like a failing hard drive, very loud ticking. I'm RMA'ing it as we speak. Which sucks a whole bag of dicks, because I have to pull the motherboard to get the backplate off.... fun.
