Koolance users help me!--One pump failed?

I have the 1st generation Koolance Exos unit--the one with a black case instead of the silver Al one. The manual states that the unit contains a dual pump. When I took at the top of the reservoir, I can see the turbulence of water created by the action of the pump. However, I'm not sure if it's two pumps working together or just one pump.

I see the turbulence mostly on the right side of the reservoir's see-through window. Is that normal or am I supposed to see turbulence on both edges of the reservoir's see-through window?

My actual CPU temp's haven't decreased. I'm curious what kind of turbulence you guys see.

theyre both working. one pump pulls water in and one pumps pushes it out. if one wasnt working youd get an error on the lcd.

Cool, thx for the reply. Does that mean your Koolance setup looks similar to mine when you look at the reservoir window?
