Koolance Pump Any Good?

No, the Koolance pump is not any good. Not for serious watercooling, and not even for first timers either.

For a better 12v pump that doubles the performance of the Koolance, check out the Swiftech MCP300 pump. It made to run with a 1/2'' system, unline the koolance, and has a much better flowrate.

Id rather use a 99cent SquirtGun with 1/2" ID hooked to the filler hole and the gun tip....

You want a Danner MAg3 or Mag5.....Im working a dual MAG3 setup.

"For the price it cant be to bad"

new to everything, are we?

no, koolance is trash, get a danner mag 3, same price, thousand times the performance. 12v pumps are known for being kind of flakey so just get 120v.

For the price it cant be to bad, also its 12v

Ok, now that every one has bad mouthed the Exos let's get a little more realistic about it. The truth is the Exos works decently for what it is, a quiet easy to install system that will give decent temps for those who don't want to do any work or want a protable system.

Now having said that, let's get into the real world. The Exos will cost you about $250 to get into operation. For that kind of money you can build a custom set up with good parts that is upgradeable and will have plenty of
capacity. Actually you can do it somewhere between $140 to $175 depending on how good a shopper you are. It's all depending on just what you want, you can get better for cheaper. And that goes for any kit, no matter what name is on it.

Nevermind sorry that I asked......just asking what other people thought about the product, (if they bought a system with it etc etc.) But all I get is a

were not talking about the Exos....were talking the shitty k00lace crap...The Exos is a great test bed unit, personally i think it sucks for pernament use, but thats still a whole other story.....

FACT: The koolace stuff it entry level and not really any batter than a decent air cooling unit.

Don't worry about Kronch... he's just cranky sometimes in the morning:p J/k.

Don't get the Koolance pump. Enough said, discussion closed.
