i was wondering if this has ever happend to u guys, i was doing somethin with the power and i forgot to plug back in my exos, i turned the comp on and noticed 10 seconds later why its so quit then i noticed the watercooler wasnt on so i hit the switch on the back off. the water is going to my cpu and my gpu. for 10 seconds, is it a big deal, ive noticed not problem after i did it. but since the water is sitting there for only 10 seconds, could that cause any damage?

I would say no, after 10 seconds under little or no load it would barely start to warm the water, much less do any damage.

k on the acutal koolance, wich is water temp i go as high as about 92 degress. and actual cpu temp i get to about 45C and that is at 1.875V and that is with the gpu also being cooled.
