I recently flushed my koolance system after having the same fluid in it for about 9 months or so and I had noticed my temps rising a bit and the general water level decreasing.

I ran a little bleach in there to kill and organtic growth that may have come about then used a mixture of 4 capfuls of water wetter and then filled the rest with distilled water.

My temps are still higher than where they should be mbm reports 42 - 44 deg under load when it should be closer to 35-38 under load.

Should I flush again w/ a different mixture or go out and track down some of the offical Koolance fluid

That is way too much water wetter for such a small ammount of liquid. Ideally you should use 2 - 4 oz of water wetter per gallon of distilled water. You know there is too much in there when the mixture turns permanently pink. I don't know how much 4 capfuls are, but its sure to be much too much for the little res and tubing in a koolance system.

Also take the unit apart if you can and clean out all the dust and crap in the radiator and fans. That would hurt your temps as well.

Why are you using distilled water? Sharka Corporation (www.sharkacorp.com) sells bags of Koolance coolant for use with their EXOS systems, and you do not add anything to the coolant. Just pour it in and you're ready to go.

That'd be a lot easier than messing with distilled water and water wetter.
