Koolance ERM-3K4U Tank

hey all just wondering do any one know the tank to the Koolance ERM-3K4U works?
cos im thinking about building some ting similar to it but i cant figure out the design on
the tank only ting i know is that the 2 hoses you see on the right there go to the radiator
for cooling and the top of the tank is where the hot water from the 5 otter computers
returns but i have no idea where the water is sucked inn to the 5 pumps to cool the CPUs
