i just noticed this recently that only one of the two speakers can only be heard, the subwoofer works,
after testing by switching the cables around i noticed that the speakers work ok and the cables also and i pin pointed the culprit for only one speaker can be heard

one of the back jacks dont work
here is a picture to better understand what i am talking about
the two back outputs circled dont work
is this thing fixeable

does it not work for anything?

have you gone through all your settings to make sure one channel is muted?
 
yes, i have tested everything and concluded those things dont work, no sound is coming from that channel, i am going to open the thing to see whats going on
