Kinect Controlled Skateboard

Kinda fun but, on par with the internet toaster. Feet are a better interface with a skateboard than hands.
 
That looks way more complicated/dorky that it needs to be. The original handheld throttle works fine.
 
Would rather use a single handed wireless controller. Something like the Wii nunchuck. Two buttons for brake and acceleration and the joystick (or d-pad) for tire direction.
 
Sweet. I've played a little bit with my Kinect and basically the same Windows tablet.
 
Id much rather have a throttle in my hand than looking like a retarded dildo waiving my arms around to speedup and slowdown.

any non-gaming related application of the kinect that i've seen is way cooler than anything microsoft actually offers to play on it.
