Kinda Urgent Trillian problem

The other day, I logged into one of my secondary AIM accounts through Trillian. After I was done, I disconnected and deleted that account. As a result, it "orphaned" most of the people on my buddy list that I'm usually signed on with. Is there any way for me to un-orphan them?

Serious help please, I'm cryin' here. :(
