Keylogger or??? Friends dad is spending $2,500 a week on PORN

Well my friend's dad is into the porn thing on the computer pretty bad. 3+ years now he was fired from one of the local churches (he was the preacher) and now stays up all night long. He is telling his wife that he is not looking it on the net at all I was asked by her and her son to look into setting something up on his computer or gaining access to his computer via Router that is in there house to more or less spy/record what he is doing. His wife and son have been paying for 300.00 a week session's to try and deal with this porn edition. His dad made $4,000 a month being a preacher and now is spending around 2,500 a week on live shows and so on... It’s unbelievable.

What programs are available to spy/look at his computer while or not when he is on it? I’ve been a member of hard forums for awhile now but hardly ever post...
