Alright, gentlemen. I have a Black Widow Ultimate 2013 at this time, and for the life of me, I cannot find a site that has a great selection of keycaps. Star Wars, superheroes, anything of the like. I want to have a KB that pops. Can anyone help a brother out?

Best bet would be to check out Geekhack.org in the market place section. Lots of links to vendors, group buys, and personal sales.
 
Geekhack, Massdrop and Deskthority are good places.
Look through the group buys, place an order and be patient :p
Be careful about group buys though - they're run by individuals sometimes and can take a while.
The history of geekhack and deskthority is fraught with people flubbing group buys at times.

There's alot of vendors like mechanicalkeyboards, elitekeyboards, WASD, signatureplastics - just off the top of my head.

Razer Black Widow keycaps are not considered "standard" sized in the enthusiast community. Not all your keycaps are replaceable I think especially your bottom row.
