This is a stupid question...but my little brother has a Logitech Elite (non-wireless) keyboard. Last time I was there I noticed it was dirty and had crap all in the keys. I promptly beat him for it..jk...but I told him to clean the damn thing. Anyway...supposedly he did...but then a key stopped working so they sprayed it with some of that canned air crap. Now another key isn't working. When he holds down SHIFT the F and G keys don't work and he gets a beep. More than likely, it's the keyboard...but I'm going down there this weekend and wanted to see if anyone could think of anything else I could check in case it's not the keyboard, just so I'm prepared. TIA.
 
I had one of these keyboards, and it crapped right out the first time I spilled diet coke on it.

I mean, sure, it's not like you expect a lot of computer hardware to survive having diet coke spilled on it, but keyboards? I don't know about you guys, but when my keyboards are dirty I litterally soak them in soapy water and just let them dry out, and they work.

I think the new logitech's don't handle the whole getting wet thing very well.

I would take it apart and clean it out right proper. Remove all the keys and clean everything with soapy water. Make sure everything is dry before putting it together, but you knew that.
