I'm looking for some good UV clearcoat in Purple to spray paint the keys on my KB. Anyboby ever mess with the stuff? Some good brands/ where you get some?

I've looked around but I mostly see the usual colors like Blue/Green/Red. I've seen something on FrozenCPU that is "Cosmic Glow" don't know what they mean by that though, lol.

clear?

i dunno about that

ive seen a purple UV paint at xoxide if you wanna check that out

but $15 seems a bit too pricey..

I've checked their site (one of the first actually) and didn't see a Purple but the blue is on sale for $10.99. :(

LOL, at this point I'll pay $25 for it if I can find some. I have found some PCtoys UV paint but it's washable with Windex. It's cheap though ($6 at the most) so I might get some for other things.

Maybe I should rethink my entire lighting..... :(

what if you just use flourescent pens or highlighters or soemthing... coat it with a couple layers of UV reactive ink or whatever it is... then spray it with like clearcoat or enamel or something clear that protects the surface

I was trying to avoid all that work with the clear coat paint, lol. I wanted to maintain as much of the lettering as possible.

i think u can... use those flourescent highlighters cus its uv reactive and also since its a highlighter, the letters will show even brighter and clearer and then u spray clear coat to protect it

Wouldn't it feel "weird" under your fingers though? I've never tried it off of paper so I wouldn't know, lol.
