Keyboard is locked out - unlock key

Getting this error when I boot up computer, new computer.
I tried only pluggin in power swt and still same error.

Chaintech VNF4/Ultra mobo
3000+ 6t4 amd procc
1.5 gig ram
6800 GT nvidia

Anyone wanna help me with this?

I would reset the bios

To me, it sounds like a security setting has been enabled to lock out the keyboard on boot.

I already tried that but I found the answer if anyone else was wondering.
On my mother board there is "KB/MS power on" jumper. lets the motherboard be turned on by the ps/2 keyboard as a hot key. Any ways the jumper plug had fallen off...you get the picture =/
Plugged a plug in there and fixed it all up
